Course Description
This course is designed for students without food service experience who wish to pursue a career in the food industry. Students will work in an approved institutional setting under the supervision of a food service supervisor or dietitian.
The field placement course is mandatory for individuals with less than 500 hours’ of experience in an institutional setting or for those with no formal training or on the job experience.
