Course Description
Assess material properties in the selection of tools and equipment. Select tools, equipment and machinery to minimize financial and social impact of projects. Maintain regulatory and legislative requirements at all times. Assess worksite to ensure safety of self and others. Calibrate equipment and perform measurements to validate compliance equipment and processes within specifications. Utilize technology to streamline production and maintenance processes. Apply skills related to the selection, use, application and maintenance of machinery, tools and equipment. Make recommendations to improve efficiency in production and the work environment.
